Spinach Cannelloni


300 grams of pasta cannelloni

1 package frozen spinach

300 g mascarpone

2 cloves of garlic

salt and pepper

Tomato sauce:

1 onion, chopped finely

1 tin of tomatoes

1 clove of garlic

half a teaspoon of basil pesto

thyme, salt, pepper

100 g mozzarella


The tomato sauce, fry the onion, then add the tomatoes, garlic, seasoning and let it stew a while. Spinach wrung out and let thaw. Mix the mascarpone, garlic, salt and pepper.

Pot into cannelloni, we can help hard plastic bag, which cut out corner.

Piled into a baking dish Simax, pour tomato sauce and diced mozzarella Lay.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 40 minutes at 190 °.
