Pork Chops with Mushrooms

2 onions
300 g mushrooms
4 slices of pork chops
2 teaspoons grill seasoning
1 teaspoon dried basil
300 g sausages
150 grams of bacon

Peel onions, slice in rings, slice mushrooms, slice sausage into slices. Tenderize the meat and sprinkle with basil and grill seasoning.
Oiled Simax baking pan, put the bottom of the onion and mushrooms (part aside) and add salt. Add the slices of meat, the remaining mushrooms, sausage and bacon.
Little water, cover lid and bake at 190 degrees about 40 minutes until soft. At the end of cooking, remove lid and bake about 10 minutes.
