Apples in a bathrobe

2 tablespoons sugar
20 g butter
2 tablespoons cognac
80 g chopped nuts
4 tablespoons marmalade
4 apples
juice of 1/2 lemon
300 g puff pastry

Pour sugar into the pan and let it dissolve. Add the butter, cognac and nuts. Briefly fry, add the jam and leave to cool.
Peel the apples and remove the seed cell. Brush with lemon juice.
Roll flat dough, slice into 4 squares. Put an apple in the center, fill with walnut mixture. Fold corners of dough over the apple and join.
Coated apples put into a Simax baking dish and bake at 190 degrees about 20 minutes. Before serving, decorate with sugar.
