4 egg yolks
4 tablespoons sugar krupicového
500 ml milk
2 vanilla sugar
200 g raspberries
Wipe the egg yolks and sugar until foamy. Milk weld with vanilla sugar and let cool. Stir into lukewarm milk egg´s mousse and strain through a strainer.
Divide cream into cups Simax. Take them in a roasting pan Simax and pour water (so that half of the height reached in cups). Bake at 150 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
Done leave to cool cream and garnish with raspberries
