Quiche with tomatoes and cheese

800 g small tomatoes
1 green bell pepper
3-4 eggs
200 ml cream (33%)
ground white pepper
120 grams of flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
40 g butter
50 g grated cheese

Cut tomatoes and infuse in hot water. Peel and cut in half. Clean and cut peppers into strips.
Separate the yolks from the whites. Whip egg yolks with cream, salt and pepper. Whip egg whites stiff and snow mix with egg yolks. Stir in flour and baking powder.
Spread baking dish Simax with fat, sprinkle with flour and pour the batter into it. Put tomatoes and peppers (some vegetables aside). Bake pie at 180 degrees about 30 minutes. Then add the pieces of butter, remaining vegetables, sprinkle with cheese and bake shortly. Garnish with marjoram.
